What data can SI see?
Only what your signed-in role can already see in MediStack. SI inherits your permissions exactly, including for scheduled routines, which run as the person who set them.
Can SI change anything without me?
No. SI reads, drafts and prepares on its own. Anything that changes live data or leaves the system waits for your OK, line by line if you want. Every applied change is in the audit log and can be undone.
Does SI make clinical decisions?
No. SI prepares the paperwork around prescribing and dispensing: checks, case packs, summaries, register entries for countersign. The prescriber prescribes and the pharmacist dispenses, as now.
Where is our data held?
In the same MediStack environment as the rest of your portal, under the data-protection rules of your market (UK GDPR, EU GDPR or the Australian Privacy Act) and the security credentials listed on medistack.co.uk. SI does not copy your data anywhere else.
Can I stop a routine?
Yes. Every routine lives in the Tasks tab. Pause it, edit it, or stop a running job mid-flight. Routines that change data still ask before they do.
Is SI part of my plan, and when do I get it?
